If you do experience an issue with your order, please contact us.

The photos help us better understand what we can do better or differently.

Valley Grown does not ship to AK, HI at this time, however for special global shipping circumstances and requests, please contact us: orders@valleygrownproduce.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Please check back regularly as things may change in the future.

Our goal is to get you the freshest food possible. We currently use USPS Priority flat rate postage, which typically delivers in 2-3 business days. 

While we cannot guarantee that shipping time, but we will do our best to get it to you as fast and fresh as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

With our product being a perishable food item, we cannot and will not accept returns of any kind. That said, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us.
