Ingredients
-1 Tbs Valley Grown Walnut butter
-1 Large Frozen Banana
-1/2 tsp. Vanilla
-1 cup Milk of choice
-1/2 cup Ice
-1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
-1 Tbs Chai Seeds
Preparation
-Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until creamy.
-Top with chopped Valley Grown Walnuts and fresh bananas, ENJOY!
