Seven Layer Cookie Bars

Ingredients

-2½ cups crushed Nilla Wafer cookies

-1½ cubes butter, melted

-14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

-1 cup butterscotch chips

-1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

-1 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes

-1 cup chopped Valley Grown Walnuts

Preparation

1.Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Place your Nilla Wafer cookies in a food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Melt your butter in a bowl and mix together your crumb mixture with your butter.

4. Pour your crumb mixture into the bottom of your baking pan, and press down firmly until a smooth crust is formed.

5. Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped walnuts, and coconut evenly on top of the crust.

6. Pour your sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the ingredients. (To get a nice smooth pour, place your sweetened condensed milk in a bowl, and microwave for about 15-30 seconds before drizzling on top of bars.)

7. Bake your bars for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Loosen the bars from the side pf the pan with a sharp knife while the bars are still warm.

8. Let the bars cool before cutting into bars.
