Ingredients:

-1 apple

-1/4 cup Lightly Salted Walnut Butter

-1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

-1/2 tsp vanilla

-1/4 cup coconut flakes

-1/3 cup chocolate chips 



Preparation

Method:

1. Remove the core from your apple with a core remover, and thinly slice it into rounds.

2. Mix together your walnut butter, coconut, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add a little to the top of each slice.

3. Melt the chocolate in a small bowl and drizzle over each apple slice. 

4. Place in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden and ENJOY!
