Ingredients

-12-16 Dates, pitted

-Valley Grown Walnut Butter

-Milk or Dark Chocolate

-Chopped Valley Grown Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Open your dates and line them up to form a square. Take parchment paper and press them down with a bowl or a cup.

  2. Remove parchment paper and pour over your walnut butter (your desired amount).

  3. Melt your chocolate in the microwave until creamy and pour over top of the walnut butter.

  4. Top with chopped walnuts.

  5. Place in the fridge or freezer until set and then cut into chunks and ENJOY!
