Ingredients
-1 large frozen banana
-1/2 cup ice
-1 tbsp Valley Grown Almond Butter
-1/2 tsp match powder
-1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese)
-1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-1 cups milk (add more if needed)
Preparation
Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend together until creamy.
